The Young Dads
The Young Dads formed in September of 2008 when bassist/songwriter/vocalist Jesse Andrews and percussionist/songwriter/vocalist Micah Shapiro decided to write the funniest, catchiest songs that they could. Drawing on influences from pop, comedy, and folk, The Young Dads' shows are filled with catchy hooks, near-fatally hilarious lyrics and banter, absurdist choreography, and sometimes an accompanying PowerPoint™ presentation. In September, The Young Dads released their first music video entitled “Four-Item Lists”; they will be releasing the music video "Making the Pitch" in early March.

Before the Drought
Part men, part machine, Before The Drought rose from the ashes of two musical groups that disbanded during the same period in late 2004. Guitarist Dave Kriegel and drummer Carlos Almonte joined forces to experiment with a new genre of music they've affectionately dubbed 'ADD Metal'. With influences ranging from 'The Dillinger Escape Plan' and 'Between the Buried and Me' to bubble-gum pop and classical music, Before The Drought is an ever decreasing attention span colliding with tempo, time, mood, melody, and volume. The result is a wall of sound that will move you, confuse you, and make you dance...or just jump on the person next to you.
8:45pm-9:30pm
Sam Hill
Sam Hill blends clockwork drumming, melodic bass, hypnotic guitars and mind melting keys into a sound and style that is all their own. Sam Hill has played hundreds of shows over the years including performances with Dickey Betts (Allman Brothers) and The Machine. Sam Hill is a band that needs to be seen live to be truely appreciated.se this section to describe your event in full. Be sure to tell your contacts why the event is being held - offered annually, to benefit a particular cause, to celebrate, etc.
